Refund Policy:
No refunds no exchange.
You have an hour to check on the hairstyle you selected during the braiding service and make any changes within the hour. If you are not satisfied with your service, we take down your hair and refund you immediately when you are in the shop once you leave no refunds.
You have 3 days to come back for any kind of minor fix with no fee charge.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the deposit. We understand that emergencies happen; please contact us directly if an unforeseen circumstance arises.
No-show Policy: Failure to cancel within the specified time or missing your appointment may result in 50% charge of your fee
Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this period, we will charge an extra $ 30 ,so call to avoid the late fee
Contact Us: If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Guidelines for Reserving Appointments:
Advance Booking: We recommend booking your appointment at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
New clients must make payment before we start your hair.
Walk-in Appointments: While we accept walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed. We encourage clients to book in advance to avoid waiting.
If you need to modify your appointment, please contact us at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new request.
You can also modify your appointment online through our booking platform.
Deposit: A deposit of 35% for old clients and 45% for new clients is required for all services. This deposit will be applied to your final bill.
Payment Methods: Cash, Zelle, credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, pay pal
Please come washed and blow dry, if not, you will pay an extra $50 for wash and blow dry. That is $25 for wash and $25 for blow-dry.
Half hair done in another shop can’t be continued in our shop, we can take it down for free and redo it with the appropriate charge.
No recording in the shop without proper permission.
We are not responsible for your belongings, forgotten belongings are trashed after a week.
Mixing of colors is an extra $ 30 and up
We prefer no children, but if you bring children, please do not allow them to run around or play with tools or furniture, and they must sit in the waiting area, keep your eye on the children.
When you come in , please let us know if you have a time constrain for the schedule of the day, so that we will be able to accommodate and work within your time,if we can , a day before so we know if we need extra braiders which may come with extra fees
We have the right to refuse service to anyone
We use O-Pure , Neat Braid geL, if you are allergic to it, you are welcome to bring what is good for you.
